shipping policy
Orders are shipped next business day with the exception of custom made wigs, which takes 5-12 business days. We use priority ship which usually takes 1-3 business days after order is ready.
You can also order online and pick up in store same day. For custom wigs, instore pickup will be ready in 5-12 business days. We will contact you when you order is ready for pickup.
return & exchange policy
We do our best to ensure orders are as described and comes in sealed packing, All sales are final and we do not offer exchange for any reasons.
